Our Environmental Management System is developed in line with the requirements of EN ISO 14001, and is based on the principles of compliance, prevention, improvement, and transparency.
We operate in full compliance with all applicable environmental laws and with any other obligations relevant to our stakeholders. Compliance, for us, is not a minimum target, but the starting point. We work to anticipate risks, prevent pollution, and limit waste, emissions, and resource consumption across our processes. We invest in technology and process innovation to progressively reduce our environmental footprint, with concrete attention to energy use, raw materials, and the life cycle of our products.
Sustainability is embedded in our long-term strategy and is considered a driver of competitiveness. We view environmental, social, and economic sustainability as inseparable: protecting the environment, respecting people, and ensuring economic stability must advance together. For this reason, we assess the environmental impact when we plan changes to our organization, facilities, production lines, logistics, and services delivered to our customers. Before introducing innovations, we evaluate the related impacts and implement, where necessary, prevention and mitigation measures.
