Clean by Design - 15 May 2024
We are pleased to announce Rattiinox’s support for the Clean by Design conference at the AFI (Association of Pharmaceutical Industry) Cleaning Validation meeting at the University of Milan. During the conference, Richard Hall Hall, an expert from Rattiinox, will be presenting the ASTM International E55..11 Clean by Design draft standard.
Rattiinox is deeply committed to addressing cleanability issues. By utilizing CAD valves and curing other cleaning hazards such as dead legs it’s possible to save up to 80% of water during CIP cycles. Less water, less energy, and fewer chemicals result in less cost, more production capacity and substantial sustainability gains.
We invite all those involved in writing requirements for new equipment, CAPEX/OPEX decisions, and single-use/multi-use choices to attend and discover how projects are evolving in some major pharmaceutical companies. These projects showcase substantial improvements in OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and production capacity, along with significant reductions in water and energy consumption. This new approachharmonizes innovation, competitiveness, and sustainability – three key factors underlying sustainable production, ensuring competitive advantages in an increasingly environmentally conscious market.
