The General Management of Rattiinox S.r.l. is committed, regarding the management of the Quality System, to:
- ensuring that the manufactured products comply with Customer requirements and technical specifications;
- improving production processes by reducing defects, waste, and rework on the manufactured products;
- ensuring the traceability of materials and processing;
- monitoring the performance of business processes through measurable indicators.
Regarding the management of the Environmental System, to:
- identifying and controlling the environmental aspects related to mechanical processing (oils, emulsions, swarf/metal chips, emissions);
- reducing energy consumption and promoting the efficient use of resources;
- properly managing waste, encouraging the recovery of metallic materials;
